    By accessing or using the services provided by HoneyLoyal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

    1. Nature of Service

    HoneyLoyal provides digital investigation and data verification services. We use publicly available information, social media clusters, and proprietary search methods to generate reports. HoneyLoyal is not a licensed Private Investigation agency. We provide information-only reports based on digital footprints.

    2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

    You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

    You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own relationship clarity.

    Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from using our Service for stalking, harassment, physical or digital threats, or any illegal activity. You may not use the information provided to contact third parties with the intent to cause emotional distress.

    3. Right to Refuse Service

    HoneyLoyal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. If a request is determined to be in violation of our safety policies (including requests involving third-party interference or harassment), the order will be canceled and a refund issued at our discretion.

    4. Accuracy of Information

    While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Service relies on third-party data and social media platforms. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. HoneyLoyal makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the reports provided.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyLoyal and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our reports. This includes, but is not limited to, relationship breakdown, emotional distress, or loss of reputation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

    6. No-Refund Policy

    Due to the manual labor and time involved in digital investigations:

    • Once a report has been delivered, all sales are final.
    • "No Results Found" is a valid investigative outcome and does not entitle the user to a refund, as the labor for the search was performed.
    • If a search is canceled by the user before completion, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

    7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

    8. Privacy and Data Purge

    To ensure your safety and the safety of the targets, HoneyLoyal maintains a strict data-purge policy. All investigation data and reports are permanently deleted from our servers 48 hours after delivery. It is your responsibility to save your report.
